Sport Ability Assessment
Tossingball is a comprehensive sport centered on throwing skills.
A Tossball throw may appear simple, but a high-quality throw is not produced by the arm alone. It is a whole-body movement involving lower-body support, core rotation, trunk power transfer, and upper-body acceleration.
If strength determines how far the ball can travel, balance, coordination, and precision determine whether the ball can reach the intended target.
This is one of the most distinctive components of the Tossball athletic ability assessment system.
Tossball is not a sport built around one or only a few isolated throws.
During a complete round, participants continuously move between holes and ball positions while repeatedly observing, judging distance, preparing, throwing, and moving again. This creates a distinctive exercise pattern combining continuous walking, intermittent force production, and repeated technical actions.
